So I played for the first time in a year and a half in Telluride. This time alongside local Ryan Smith and old friend Brother Electric, who was in town from New Orleans. I think this is going to be the first of many parties for Ryan and I in Telluride. Both Ryan and I loved having someone else to play with. It becomes quite a hassle playing solo shows, lots of work and not as much party time! Not to mention, Ryan being a house DJ, helps keep the music split up and diverse. Which seemed to go over really well with the Telluride crowd. So for any of you that missed the Three Amigos party this past Saturday, well, you really did miss out. Good times were had by all and I’m sure if the bar hadn’t made us call it quits, it would have kept going till the wee hours of the morning.
